Alia Bhatt Says Daughter Raha Kapoor Is Her Priority; Actress Reveals Hubby Ranbir Kapoor ‘Moves On Quickly’

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has been racking in all the love from the audiences for her versatile performances. After making her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year, she went on to become one of the most sought-after actresses of her generation. After making a stunning appearance on Met Gala 2024, she recently gave an interview to Harper’s Bazaar India where she opened up about her and her husband Ranbir Kapoor’s different working styles. She also spoke about prioritising daughter Raha Kapoor.
As reported by Bollywood Life, during her interview, Alia shared that after becoming a mother, her daughter has become her priority. She added how she needs to limit bringing her work home after becoming a mother. Having welcomed the munchkin in November 2022, the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress stated that she will always be a mother first - physically, emotionally, and mentally. Further in the interview, the 31-year-old actress shared she and Ranbir have very different working styles, especially how they handle success and failures. She goes on to state that while she is an overthinker, he prefers to move on quickly. Quoted by the Hindustan Times, she said, “Ranbir and I handle things differently. I am more contemplative, a bit of an overthinker, while he prefers to shake off the dust and move on quickly. It’s this difference that helps us support each other, providing balance when it’s needed the most. But both of us choose to focus on work with a lot of love and immense respect. The couple tied the knot, after dating for a couple of years, in April 2022 in an intimate ceremony in the presence of their close friends and family. They announced their pregnancy in June 2022 and welcomed their baby daughter Raha in November 2022.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani alongside Ranveer Singh. She has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, Jigra, Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra franchise, and Farhan Akhtar’s directorial Jee Le Zara alongside Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra Jonas in her pipeline. She will also be headlining YRF's spy universe as the leading first lady with an upcoming project.
